How flexible are your shoulders? Can you reach behind your back with your upper arm bent and the upper arm pressed against your ear?
In this workshop you will learn how to improve your shoulder mobility and release shoulder tension.
Schedule:
- 90 minute yoga flow with focus on shoulder opening
- Break with snacks & tea
- Introduction into anatomy of the Shoulder Joint and Associated Muscles (Do not worry, it is not anatomy study.) You learn what is important for you in everyday life.
- Exercises (stretching & strengthening) for home practice
