In my lessons we practice with tools (belt, blocks, blankets etc.). This will allow every student to practice all yoga poses no matter how old or fit. Everyone decides how intense or challenging the exercise should be for him / her. The own body feeling is thereby promoted and strengthened.

When my students come to the mat, they experience a dynamic yoga lesson that not only promotes flexibility but also builds strength. Yes, it is sweaty, but it is also laughed a lot. Fun in the movement is guaranteed and by the way, head and soul will get free & happy.
