Functional Yoga supports you to heal body wise after injuries. Adapted yoga exercises to your needs strengthen and mobilize the corresponding body area or joints. We also address the responsible fascia, tendons and ligaments to balance the entire area around the affected area. Wrong body postures due to pain in the injured area are resolved.
After consultation with your doctor, you can start with this training of minimum 6 weeks. Each training sessions takes about 90 minutes. We train at your place at your wished dates and time.
