Welcome to Amodini Yoga!

I am Mia and I teach Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. My yoga style is a combination of stretching and strength building. Flexibility is important for a smooth body movement, while strength is essential for a healthy, upright body posture. Whether in private lessons or class, in my dynamic teaching I always work with props (blocks, strap, blanket) to enable everybody to practice yoga. As a yoga teacher, it is a matter of my heart that my yogis practice safe and painless, and this lifelong. Therefore, I always offer several options, for beginners and experienced yogis. You like to practice yoga in a relaxed atmosphere, without chi-chi, in a small group with nice people, just drop by for a taster session. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
